03 Process

How the work
gets made.

Four habits, each with the case study that shows it.

01

Research before pixels.

Arnold Lodge began with a day at the school, not in software. Bytestock began with stakeholder research, three buyer personas and an audit of the top three competitors.

02

One idea per frame.

Each Zivver story slide holds one thought: one statistic, one consequence. Each Furniture Village ad has its headline on screen at the first frame, so a one-second pause still does the job.

03

Hold the visual, change one thing.

The Furniture Village hook test kept the room sets, light, type and pacing identical and changed only the message. A test where two things move at once gives a result nobody can act on.

04

Leave a system other people can run.

At BlendB2B each ad system had to be usable by other designers once briefed. Bytestock's identity shipped with guidelines, not just a logo.
