Two stands,
one system.
Two trade-show activations for sister brands in the LA Micro Group: a CloudFest stand for Bytestock, an ITAD Summit stand for LA Micro. Same way of designing the space in 3D, branding every surface, and giving people a reason to stop.
The Brief
Two brands in one group, two industry events, one way of thinking about the room.
Bytestock and LA Micro sit under the same roof: Bytestock is part of LA Micro Group. Within a year, each needed a presence at a major industry event, Bytestock at CloudFest 2024 at Europa-Park in Germany, and LA Micro at the 2023 ITAD Summit. Different rooms, different audiences, but the same job.
A trade-show hall is noise. The work was to make people slow down, understand the pitch in seconds, and want to talk. Each activation was built in three layers: a stand designed in 3D, branding across every surface, and the collateral and giveaways that turn a booth into a conversation.

Bytestock · CloudFest
Bytestock at CloudFest. Speed as the hook.
CloudFest, March 2024, Stand G14, with Bytestock on as a platinum sponsor. The activation was built around an F1 racing sim: "Experience our speed", win F1 tickets. It tied the brand line, "Supplying hardware for every cloud", to a reason to stop, sit down and play.
The stand designed in 3D before build: the sim seat pulling people in on one side, the pitch wall and desk holding the conversation on the other.
Working in 3D meant the layout could be judged for sightlines and flow before committing to build, then every surface branded to the same system: orange brand wall, the Dell Technologies partner lockup, and a backdrop that landed the pitch from across the floor.

LA Micro · ITAD Summit
LA Micro at the ITAD Summit. "Join Our Circle."
For LA Micro's ITAD Summit presence in 2023, the idea was circular: "Join Our Circle, we buy decommissioned IT hardware and bring it back to life." A campaign badge anchored everything, from the stand wall to the invitations that went out before the doors opened.
The ITAD Summit stand: a blue lounge space built for conversations, not just footfall.

Reception
Every surface branded around the "Join Our Circle" mark.
The campaign mark did the heavy lifting, a circular badge built to hold across stand graphics, print and merchandise, and to work in one colour or full.

The delegate invitations were the detail people remember: kraft envelopes, hand-sealed in blue wax stamped with the LA Micro mark. The campaign as a physical object, before anyone reached the stand.

The Thread
Same system, two rooms.
Across both events the method held: design the space in 3D before committing, brand every surface so the stand reads at a glance, and back it with collateral that gives people a reason and a way to follow up. Two sister brands, treated as one consistent way of approaching an event, as a designed experience rather than a table and a banner.
